Brothers Grimm Seeds E-Gift Cards can be used on all products across our website. After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email,  and the recipient will recieve a separate email containing their digital gift card and unique code. (Please allow for a few minutes for both emails to arrive.)

Choose your amount, enter the recipient’s email, and you’re done.

Want to deliver the gift card on a special date? Enter your own email as the recipient. You’ll receive the gift card instantly and can forward it or print it whenever you’re ready to give your gift.

How to Redeem

You can redeem your Brothers Grimm Seeds digital gift card in two ways:

1. Click the “Redeem” button in your email.
This automatically takes you to our website and applies your gift card code at checkout!

or

2. Enter the code manually at checkout.
Copy/paste the code from your email into the Gift Card / Coupon Code box on the checkout page and click Apply.

Any unused balance stays on your e-gift card for future purchases.

1. Gift Card = Cash Value Item

Your digital gift card is treated like cash. Anyone who has the code can redeem it. Brothers Grimm Seeds is not responsible for:

• Lost codes
• Stolen codes
• Printed cards that someone else takes
• Emails forwarded in error
• Unauthorized use by another person

Once the gift card code is redeemed, the balance is considered spent.

2. Lost, Deleted, or Missing Gift Card Emails

If you lose your gift card email, we can re-send it — but only to:

• The original buyer
• Or the original recipient email entered at checkout

For security, we cannot send gift card codes to a different email unless the original buyer verifies the request.

3. Stolen or Fraudulently Used Codes

If someone obtains your code (printed, screenshot, forwarded, etc.) and uses it before you do, we cannot restore or replace the value unless:

• We can verify a system error on our end
• Or verify the card was never delivered in the first place

Gift card balances used by another person cannot be reversed, since the system treats the code as “cash tender.”

4. Balance Protection

To protect your balance:

• Do not share your code publicly
• Avoid printing the card unless necessary
• Treat it like cash
• Forward only to someone you trust
• Delete screenshots after gifting

5. Remaining Balance

Any unused balance stays on the card for future orders. Remaining balances cannot be:

• Refunded
• Exchanged for cash
• Transferred to another gift card
• Credited to a credit card

6. Code Validity

A code remains valid until:

• The balance reaches zero
• The buyer requests deactivation due to an error (rare)
• Fraud is confirmed on the buyer’s account

There is no expiration date.

7. Incorrect Email Entry

If the buyer enters the wrong recipient email at checkout:

• We can resend the card to the corrected email only if the original buyer requests it
• Once redeemed, we cannot undo the redemption even if it was sent to the wrong email
