Specialist in Cannabis Operations
Brad Fausett is a premier agricultural leader and consultant recognized as a Titan of Cannabis for his role in advancing the industry’s scientific and operational standards. With an M.S. in Soil Chemistry and a B.S. in Environmental Soil and Water Science, Brad brings elite “soil-to-sale” expertise to high-stakes cannabis and hemp ventures.
Key Expertise & Achievements:
Genetic Integrity & Indigenous Seed: As the owner of Indigenous Seed, Brad manages a world-class genetic supply chain with successful genetics performing in CA, NV, AR, OK, MA, and MI. His background includes collecting wild hemp strains from the Hemp for Victory Campaign in 1942 for Northwestern State University.
Industrial Nursery & Specialized Lighting: As the owner of Hawgs Hemp (Little Rock and Byrdtown, AR), Brad engineered a state-of-the-art facility featuring a custom, high-intensity supplemental lighting array to maximize biomass and oil production. He secured a national clone supply contract with EZ-Clone, managing a production capacity of 150,000 cuts per week, and implemented a high-volume pre-roll production line for the retail market.
Vertical Operation & Facility Design: Brad has owned and operated Ganja Buds (OKC and Pittsburg, OK) and currently owns a vertically integrated operation in Hot Springs, Arkansas. A specialist in infrastructure, he designed the Redbird facility in Stilwell, OK, and has overseen the development of multiple industrial-scale indoor refineries.
